TERMS:  The Francis “Red” Fromme & Family Estate official survey is complete.  The tract will be sold on a price per acre basis.  The surveyed tract acreage will be used to calculate the final tract settlement price.  Ten percent (10%) of the bid price will be due on the day of the sale with the balance payable at time of closing.  The 2015 Real Estate Taxes due and payable in 2016 will be paid by the Seller.  Buyer(s) will pay 2016 Real Estate Taxes due in 2017.  Sellers will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price.  Closing is expected to be in approximately 30 days.  Possession will be given at the time of closing.
