The farm will be sold on a price per acre basis according to the official surveyed tract acreage to calculate the final tract settlement price. Ten percent (10%) of the bid price will be due on the day of the sale with the balance payable at the time of closing. The 2016 real estate taxes due and payable in 2017 have been paid by the seller.
